RB4 DJ post fader FX and hotcue questions

I'm a first time Rekordbox user. I usually use Traktor on a custom midi mapped DDJ SX setup. Never liked the feel of Serato. But I'm REALLY liking Rekordbox DJ.

I was hoping to be able to switch over to get a more "native" DDJ SX setup than my hacked Traktor.

Unfortunately I quickly found that RB DJ apparently doesn't do post-fader FX. This is a huge letdown as I often use delays and cut volume to fade out a track. Or modulate filters with delay on to create some nice sounds.
Is there any way around this?

Secondly, I found that hotcues are Cue and Play instead of just Cue (playback stops when you release the hotcue button). I understand this is CDJ behaviour but it'd be great with an option (or is there one?).

Other than this I'm quite liking RB4 DJ, I just won't be able to use it much yet until these are fixed.
