Currently, no, but it has been suggested to engineers to allow placement of the 1.1 beat marker anywhere and will be included in a future update.

Change first downbeat of a song
I have a track that has a delayed start with the first transient appearing in the second bar. Does anyone know how I can edit the beatgrid so this is the first beat of the entire track? All my efforts just seem to reset it to 2.1
