Error Message when Transferring Music to USB

Hello! I'm fairly new to Rekordbox, as I recently purchased a Pioneer XDJ-RX and have only been using it for a few weeks. I bought some new USB drives, and went to import my collection of songs (3,495 to be exact) and when I highlight them all and transfer them, every few minutes I get this dialog box:

"the specified I/O operation on F: was not completed before the time-out period expired"

followed by...

the file or directory \PIONEER\USBANLZ\P04A\0001998E is corrupted and unreadable

I hit continue, and it seems to still be transferring, I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Maybe I attempted to transfer too many files at a time? Has anyone seen this? Thanks for the help! :)

Import or export? If you're importing from your music collection, it shouldn't be giving you a warning about a corrupt analysis file unless there is damage to your drive where the database is being stored.

What make/model USB drive was connected as drive F: ?

Exporting from my Collection to the USB. It's a Silicon Power 64GB Blaze (USB 3.0). I've attempted to format the drive a few times (to FAT32) but I still receive the same messages.

Have you used a 3rd party utility (such as the HP USB Formatting Tool) to re-format the drive?

Yes, I used the HP USB Formatting Tool to do that. I just gkt done running the ChkDsk utility in an attempt to fix the "corrupted and unreadable" error. I'm attempting to export my collection again but it is very slow and the "timeout" error still pops up every now and then.

Yeah, that timeout error seems a bit odd, I'm going to see if the engineers can identify if it's a rekordbox or OS related issue.

@Michael > Sorry for the delay in responding... engineers replied:

The message posted is not generated by rekordbox but by Windows. As the USB device stopped responding during exporting the files or other reasons, it seems that Windows determined timeout and file export was suspended.

You said the USB device was already formatted using "HP USB Formatting Tool". Could you please format it again after unticking "Quick Format"?

If you have any USB devices other than Silicon Power 64GB Blaze (USB 3.0), please try exporting to those devices to see if the same error occurs.
