Crossfader not working in Rekordbox

THis is not Rekorbox DJ, only Rekordbox.

When I have two deck, previewing and prepping mixes, the crossfader is doing no fading at all, both decks are at full volume.

Any fixes out there?

Official comment

rekordbox 4.0.7 was released today with an improved crossfader curve within export mode. Please update rekordbox and see if this addresses your concern.

This is known issue and now engineers working.
This will be addressed in a future update. Thank you for your report.

FYI: If you have rekordbox dj/trial license, once switch to PERFORMANCE mode and back to EXPORT mode then this will temporary solve.
Anyway, our engineers working to address this.

Thanks for your response but trial has expired, no way to switch to performance again.
