Update: Fixed the issue. I had to uninstall driver then reinstall firmware 1st then install driver again. Thank you for your help!
I thought this was a driver issue with El Capitan but now after the Driver Update my DDJ-RZ will not play tracks. I have the current FirmWare,Software, and drivers. I can play a track if "Built-in Output" is selected in RekordBox preferences however if I select the DDJ-RZ it will not play anything. I can hear the OSC Samples and CFX but it will not play track. help me please last time I was told that it was because of the drivers. I'm brand new to djing and now I'm just annoyed I can't use my DDJ the way I am supposed to, I feel like sending it back.

Have you made sure it's the (DDJ-RZ ASIO) Output selected in the preferences, as opposed to the (DDJ-RZ LINE) Output?
This is the case with the windows version, I presume it must be similar.
Hey Timbo thanks for the reply. I only have two audio options; "Built-In Output" and "DDJ-RZ". Is there a way I can post a picture here?
Ok, it might be different for the Mac version then.
Here's a link to picture of what I have in the audio driver drop down - http://postimg.org/image/e2vgxfmgh/
Sorry if that's no help.
Yea mine just shows "DDJ-RZ" and "Built-In". I can hear the sampler and cfx but the play button doesn't do anything. I am new to this maybe I did something wrong but I don't know what. Also under output channels mine says "Output 1" and "Output 2" not "DDJ-RZ OUT 1/2" like yours.
do you use the driver version 1.1 for the DDJ-RZ ?
Maybe try to install the driver again.
@ARI > Are you set to internal or external mixer mode?
@Mito yes I do and ok will do I will let you know if it worked tonight. @pulse no I am in Internal mode should I be in external ?
@Mito I reinstalled the firmware and the driver but no luck. Should I do it in a specific order or something?
@ARI > Glad to hear you got it working - thanks for writing back. :)
