Rekordbox running live with XDJ-RX.
Hi All.
This might be a silly question but can you run the Rekordbox software at the same time with a laptop with the XDJ-RX like you can with the DDJ-RZ or will the XDJ-RX only work as a stand alone unit?

not sure exactly what you mean but you can plug in a laptop via ethernet to the RX and LINK it and drag and drop from Rekordbox into the RX decks

Thanks. It's hard to explain what I'm asking. Can you control the all the software on screen with the RX like you can with the DDJ-RZ.

oh ok, yes i get what you mean.
As far as I know, no, you can see your playlists on the RX screen from Rekordbox and scroll through them but you cannot control your laptop screen from the controller like you would the RZ
