Have you moved the files or are they on an external drive? The database is in the preference section, so if the pathway has changed then Rekordbox won't see the files as being in the collection. Have you changed anything?
I have over 50000 songs in my collection(loaded and analysed). I got a yellow exclamation mark for whole collection, for each song.What means my collection is useless. I tried load a song in the deck ,but says Track loading error. here is option to relocate files.How to do that
One suggestion.Would be nice to have option to search songs in all PC and removable devices.Not just in collection. Like now Others Dj programs have it.

I did not moved any file. All files were on removable hard drive.

Solved ,Track loading Error. I restored my laptop. All back in normal and works fine
Chances are when you reconnected your drive it was recognized as a different drive name or path, thus all your music was "missing."
