DJM S9 no sound from CH2 on my mixer

HI I am using 2 turntables and a PC computer with my s9

My mixer has been working fine for over a month. but for some reason the sound stopped coming out of my channel 2 on my mixer.

The same thing happens with serato control vinyl and normal vinyl.

i switched the turn table input so the verified that the turntable is working fine.

and the audio on serato visually shows the the vinyl on ch2 to is playing properly. but i am still not getting any sound.

the LED for CH2 is also showing nothing.

CH1 is working perfectly.
