thats pretty good, they still have some way to go though
I am hoping they sped up the auto load of hot cues and just didnt list it like they did with the 2000mk1. They load so much slower then the mk1 especially when linked to your laptop
anyone tried it yet? it seems like there's quite a few fixes for things...
Ver.1.06 -> Ver.1.10 (25 February, 2013 Update) - Audio dropout fixed on the slave deck when using SYNC. -
Unexpected switching of Master Player and Slave Player when using Slip Scratch or Slip Pause during SYNC. -
Caution messages added when using the TEMPO SLIDER during SYNC. -
When browsing tracks a green icon is now always visible indicating harmonic mixing. -
Fixed an issue where a tiny loop would sometimes activate when pressing the LOOP OUT button.

Maybe they have? There's often improvements made that are undocumented...
sucks, I wont be home till late to test :(
Me too... wont be able to test until 7pm est.
You've just got to love FW release days - so excited !!!
I really need to get a life .....
Is anyone else getting a 404 error (page not found) when trying to download the update?? I agree to the terms, then goes straight there.
mine downloaded fine at work, Safari on Mac, maybe try a different browser?
If not I can upload it here
interested to see what this looks like - When browsing tracks a green icon is now always visible indicating harmonic mixing
Could someone upload a pic of it please?
i'm not by my decks right now but i've got my 2 columns in browse mode set up to show track name in the left hand column and artist on the right. when browsing the icon next to the track name changes to the 'key' icon and turns green when the track is either in the same key or +/-1 key in the camelot scale. none of my tracks have been analysed by rekordbox, they're all done in MIK so it's intelligently picking up whatever has been written into the key field (camelot or regular notation).
it's actually a big improvement.
Sync, however, is still full of bugs though and doesn't work properly.
Thanks phil,
when you say this 'when browsing, the icon next to the track name changes to the 'key' icon and turns green' which icon are you talking about that changes?
The first character in each column is an icon, a musical note for track and a person for artist. The person icon changes to a green flat/sharp symbol when in a compatible key...
cheers
definitely still a delay in auto loading of hot cues when linked to a computer :(
So still just the delay in auto-loading but no discernible bugs, correct?
