[SOLVED] Problem in updating cdj-2000 nexus

i download the file and im trying to boot it while im pressing both of USB and re-loop exit but nothing happen im sure that the player not connected to anything else and there is no CD and then still same problem any help please ?

My problem is when i power on the device its goes dirct to the main screen even when i press usb and reloop it wont make any action

Man im doing everything in the same way thats in the site but no actions sp does it have anyway to update it through pc

@Fawaz > No, you cannot update through PC.

Are you fully sure you are keeping the USB (the source selector) and Reloop/Exit button pressed while turning on the unit and KEEPING THOSE BUTTONS PRESSED until you are prompted to update the firmware?

Im sure about that but everytime i turn device it start with no time and goes to rekordbox sign then its start like i press nothing i have it with v1.2

@Miguel > correct, it changed with this update. Many users like this feature so I've asked the engineers to change it back. Please open your own thread with any issues you may have in future.
