Hello there, I've just updated to V4.0 and sadly no longer have the CD that came with my XDJ-R1 unit. I've read other threads and tried to log in to get my license key but whilst I can log in here fine when I try to log in from that part of your site it says that I am not registered?
This seems strange since I can log on here, can you advise me how I can get my license key back please so I can start using V4.0.

@Info > No license key is required to use rekordbox 4 in the same capacity as rekordbox 3; this is known as "EXPORT MODE." To access the "PERFORMANCE MODE" you will require a license, or to activate the 30 day free trial. Unfortunately the XDJ-R1 is not a currently supported hardware unit.

Hi I just purchased the DDJ RZX, when entered the Lic Key its not picking it say Error Code 5 and I cant enter the last two digits of the Key too ... so what do I do??
