Is it ok to update firmare straight from v1.06 to v1.13 ? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

I was just wondering if the v1.13 update includes v1.07 to v1.12 so i could just jump straight to this update and then my cdj firmware will be fully up to date.
If this is not the case i would need to install all firmware updates from v1.06 to v1.13. If so please can you send me a link to other updates since i last updated to v1.06.
