I got two decks playing, A set to master and both set to sync. Quantize is on.
I enter slip mode on deck B and start scratching away.
Sometimes deck B loses sync to deck A immidiately ( sync led starts flashing ) when I touch the platter. I am certain I am not touching the outer rim, only top surface, since the outer rim would obviously nudge the track out of sync.
Is this normal behavior?
It seems like the encoder of the platter reads the rotation first, then the touch of the top surface, hence why the xdj thinks I am doing a nudge action before a scratch action.

Sure! Here is a short demonstration of the sync drift. Watch the sync led, it will sometime immidiately start flash in when I engage the platter.
Thanks - is there any chance you could show a wider shot to include the screen and platter area at the same time?
Sure! Does this work?
Hello, I'm terribly sorry speak English,
you could add in the next update function to slip during the regime, when the track is stopped or scratching on the screen showing the wave marker, which now plays a track in the background, thanks
example in video.
