If keeping them on an ext drive they will stay there but give you the ability to work with them on 2 different computers.

transferring rekordbox library/playlists/data to another computer
i read the article below, and i was wondering what happens to all the mp3/wav files on the computer you move your database to? does it mirror the same file management from your first computer? if so, will it overwrite if something with the same file/folder names are already there?

so when you update track info in rekordbox, do you have to 'move database' again for the other computer to receive the updates?
