Did you power it down wait a few seconds and power it back up? Does it come to the same screen? (make sure all media devices are out when you do this (USB, CD, SD card). If it comes up to the same screen all the time, you should call Pioneer tech support. They should be able to walk you through a couple of things over the phone to get started.
