CDJ Link with Macbook Air El Capitan

I've read all the hints and instructions here but I've no idea how to solve my problem.
I use 2 CDJ 2000 NXS (latest firmware) with a Ethernet Switch. Without the laptop the link between the 2 CDJs works fine. When I use my Macbook Air with the Apple Ethernet USB Adapter and Rekordbox 4, I see the link, see all the tracks on the CDJ. But when I select a song, I see all the information of the song on the CDJ, but then results waiting and exit with a Access Error.
I've tried to connect the Macbook directly with the CDJ, same result.
Firewall is off, no Sharing, Wlan deactivated.
Today I've tried with a Router with DHCP (instead of the switch) and it works.
It's possible that there are some problems with the Apipa and Rekordbox 4?

Networking troubles present a whole bag of issues as there are so many variables. The easiest thing you can do to troubleshoot is connect one CDJ directly to the computer via ethernet. If that works, everything else should work just fine. As you mention, you've already tested with the wifi disabled and ensured that the firewall and sharing are off, so that should give you the "best case" scenario.

When you connect the CDJ directly, what is the IP address manually assigned to the Mac's ethernet adapter?

Thank you for the fast response Pulse!

I've tried to connect one CDJ directly to the computer, same problem.
The IP of the ethernet adapter is 169.254.178.211
Subnet 255.255.0.0
