12 hours Buying RekordBox??

As much as RB is not really ready for performances, I am trying to buy it since I think it will eventually be great.

However, when I purchased, it says it needs 12 hours! And it really took 12 hours, and then refused my payment. I am trying again now, and have to wait another 12 hours to see if it will process. (My visa card is good.)

Can I please ask.... What in the world could possibly take 12 hours to verify??? This is (I think) the age of the internet, and 12 hours seems completely insane and illogical to me... I can purchase just about anything else on the internet nearly immediately except RB.

Is someone printing out my email order form, faxing it to the bike courier service, sending a bicycle over to the bank, applying for a loan based on future earnings, going to the ATM, withdrawing cash, and then putting it in the pony post to mail back to Pioneer to get their money, so that they can send me a 12 digit code by email???

I waited 8 hours and got rejected with no reason from buying RB. This is the second attempt, and now I have waited 24 hours... The message doesn't say why the transaction didn't work. And to have to wait such a long period is ridiculous. I can make another purchase easily on another website with instantaneous feedback. I know my credit card and details are good since I made another purchase (without waiting 12 hours).

The website says: "Your order will be processed asap, but in no case will it take more than 12 hours". Your email says: "Your order will most likely be processed
within the next 4 hours, but in no case will it take more than 24 hours". Is it 8, is it 12, is it 4? Why isn't it 4 minutes????

I suggest you fire your credit card processing company or your website programmers, as this is absurd. I will try once more, and if it doesn't work (and if no reason is given again) I will just give up, go back to Serato, and wait for a RB crack to come out... Can't say I didn't try!
