OLAH Ricardo. Yes //

Description

This driver will allow you to connect your DDJ to a PC.
Please read the Manual for the installation procedure.

Unzip the downloaded file "PioneerDDJ****exe.zip". This file will appear: Pioneer_DDJ_****.exe

Windows 10 verification was completed. Use the latest driver.

This doesn't seem to work for me.  I am using a Surface book with Windows 10 OS.  I have installed the 1002 driver and the 1.06.jar firmware. I am using Serato version 1.9.2.  Everything thing looks fine when it is plugged up and connected but I do not get any output. (No sound at all).  Can you help?

When I use the same versions listed above on Windows 7 OS. it works fine.  What version of the firmware and what version of SeratoDJ did you use when it worked?

Thanks.

The firmware update is not working properly. The error message "Your DDJ-SX2 is not connected" prevents update when the controller is plugged directly into the computer. In Serato, when you plug in the controller, the error "Failed to connect audio" appears. When I refresh the USB connection, the four channels of the controller appear and then disappear. After changing the Sound settings default to the computer speakers the 4 channels appear in Serato, but the software is not responding to the controller.

The controller is connected, it is visible from the setup panel. However, it is not working or sending signal.     Please help.

@Kelly >It would assist us in troubleshooting your issue if you could  please start a new topic and post full details about your hardware firmware versions, driver versions, software versions, and operating system details, in addition to your computer's specifications.
