DJM-T1 USB not showing as option for output routing in Traktor

I had this working in the past but cannot now seem to get my DJM-T1 will work after a reformat of my laptop. For some reason the USB options do not show up as they should. I only get the options for Line L and Line R. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the drivers several times and also traktor to no avail. I have also tried the setup on another PC and it does not work there either (when it has worked in the past). This leads me to think there is something wrong with a setting somewhere in the mixer. Any ideas what a fix might be for this as not having the correct USB options does not allow me to use the 2nd channel on my mixer or of course record. Also everything in the setting utility shows correct and I have the USB options selected on the mixer itself for both channels.

When you connect to the settings utility does it show as connected ? It sounds like Traktor is not seeing the usb connection, in "audio set up" on Traktor is the djm showing as an audio device ?

The settings utility does show as connected. In audio setup it does show the DJMT1 as an option, however, it only allows me two options in the audio that is L and R. It does not show me the options for USB 1-6 as it should and this only allows one channel on the mixer to work.

I'm friends with the same problem!
I've only had the USB cable ... I installed the latest version of Traktor (2.9.0) on the PC (Win) ... reinstalled the update 3.0 and 1.3 drive and nothing! All audio is output through the channel 01 (USB mode) and channel 02 not recognized (Note the CD mode and standard phono audio on both channels)

@Wellington > The images you posted are not linking, but I don't think I need them to tell you that I believe the problem is that you're likely running a 64bit version of Traktor and the drivers are only 32bit. To resolve this issue, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to "C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Traktor 2”. In this folder you will find the current 64-bit version of TRAKTOR PRO called “Traktor.exe”. Please rename this to “Traktor64.exe” so that you have a backup of this version.

  2. Open the “x86” subfolder. You will find another “Traktor.exe” inside. This is the 32-bit version of TRAKTOR PRO. Please move or copy this application up one sub-folder to the "C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Traktor 2” folder.

  3. Now launch this newly copied “Traktor.exe” - this will now be the 32-bit version of TRAKTOR PRO.

@Wellington > Well, partly... we're still waiting on Pioneer to release 64bit drivers for all their products. Until such time, this is the work-around. ;)

hello, i just bought new laptop and it has windows 10. i installed latest traktor 2.10 and my djm t1 does not work any more. i have already tried to copy 32 bit version of traktor as main traktor but it crashes because 32 bit version of traktor does not work on windows 10. if i go 64 bit version of traktor it works fine with windows 10 but it does not work with djm t1 cause i know all drivers on djm t1 is 32 bit version. so i tried compatibility option and it does not help either.main problem is output routing it says only left right. it would be good if pioneer will release 64 bit drivers for old mixers as djm t1. it is bad that i think only solution is to downgrade windows to windows 7 so 32 bit version will work fine with djm t1 is there another solution? thank you
