We've asked the engineers to allow negative bar counts, which would resolve the issue you're noticing - it won't set 1.1 where you want. Hopefully this will be included in a future update.
My apologies in advance if there's been a post about this.
I have been a long Serato user and I am making the big change to Rekordbox for a number of reasons. My biggest frustration is setting the "marker" to the One.
In Serato, I can press the delete button and mark where I want the One to start by using the letter X.
Is there a simple way of doing this with Rekordbox? Are there any links to videos?
I've searched high and low with no luck!
Have a great day :)

PS I've just had Rekordbox analyse a track and for some unknown reason it started the first beat where there was no beat. The first beat is in the second bar and I am trying to change it to the first bar.
I hope that makes sense ....
export mode>grid then then you set the first beat marker using the icon with the white/red line.
Thank you for the tip Slack3rrr, however my gripe is that the when you use that red/white icon it doesn't start the beats from 1.1 instead it resets to the nearest bar count.
Is there a way to delete the bar grip and then start it from 1.1 from the location that you choose?
