Sync function change request

I often have to nudge tracks a little while mixing, to correct for an imperfect beat grid in Rekordbox. Unfortunately, this completely knocks the grid sync off, meaning that if I get two tracks aligned, and then stop / restart the 2nd track, it loses its alignment. I think the 'flashing' sync function (sync enabled, but jog wheel used) should remember relative grid position (compared to the master track). Preferably, it should remember this even when switching out tracks, since it's likely the same offset is necessary if the master track's grid is slightly off.

I own an XDJ-RX, but I presume this applies to CDJ-2000nxs and other models too.

I have manually aligned all my beat grids (2 years it took) yet sync still doesn't hold the tracks together. When they drift one trick i use is to turn sync off then quickly back on , instantly  snaps the two tracks backs together.

p.s. Sync is great at the beginning of the night when there are 10 people in the room but comes off when the dance floor starts and it's time to do your thing.

Phil, is the sync button flashing when it drifts off? As soon as you touch the jog wheel, it stops syncing (grid-wise, not bpm-wise) and you need to knock it off and on again.

Btw, what are your reasons for not using the sync button later in the night?
