Did you recently update the firmware? Have you tried re-updating to the latest version? Update instructions and the firmware file are available here.

hi pioneer, i have a problem with my dd. ergo limited. When I turn it on in all starts well with all functions lighting up but after that the left side "in" button is the only button to stay on, any of the other buttons work, neither if I open a mix app.
