Best we can do from here is to advise to contact the seller and or Tech Support for Pioneer and see what they have for an answer.

NXS2 loop cutter
just bought my cdjs in the last 48 hours and i just discovered the loop cutter does not work on 1 of the cdjs. I updated to the latest firmware and still does not work.
