Pioneer DJ doesn't offer this kind of item for any of their products, you'll need a 3rd party such as from Decksavers to provide something.
I use an old bed sheet! :D

Are there any dust covers available for NXS2?
I know Decksavers are in development but I need some now.

OLAH DJ S-Type. Usually the best and cheapest dust covers are handmaded. In my case i use a big adjustable cushion cover and you can to buy or to make it in differents colors & prints.
