Deleted Tracks from collection and playlist - HELP?

By accident i removed a full playlist worth of tracks from collection rather than from playlist!! Nightmare.

I still have the playlist on my USB thought but i cannot drag and drop the playlist back from the USB into rekordbox - is there a way i can get my playlist back?

Hi,
If you have your tracks on USB key, (check your content folder).
And if you have the playlist, you can drag and drop files from content folder to rebuild your collection or I didn't understood very well your problem ... Could you gave us more informations please ?

Sorry i might not of explained properly - here is what i have done.

i updated my usb with all my current playlists as normal. I have then deleted all the tracks within that playlist on rekordbox but i selected 'remove from collection'

So i still have the playlist on my usb but not on the rekordbox program.

I could rebuild the playlist from the files with in my computer again but the issue is that when i have added the tracks again all my memory points and hotcues have now gone as i removed the tracks from the collection in rekordbox, but the tracks on the USB all have the memory points still attached. If i update the USB now it will remove all my memory points.

I have tried to use the sync manager and pull the cue/memory points from the USB to rekordbox but it doesnt seem to do anything.

Also i have tried to right click on the playlist on the device and select 'import playlist' and i get an error stating: All Songs do not exist in the collection or the list is empty'

I think it's a good idea. Try to do the sale thing with another USB key with 2 or 3 tracks on a playlist.
Copy this 2 or 3 tracks deleted from your computer to restore your collection without cue and memory points and after right click from your device to import your playlist.
I'm not at home with my computer to try to help better, sorry.
Regards

I have the tracks still on my computer but the playlist has been deleted and tracks removed from collection. I have re-imported the tracks from my harddrive into rekordbox but i still have the issue that the playlist cant be transferred back from the USB and all the tracks that have been re-imported do not have any of the memory points or cue points.

In Sync manager it has a feature to pull the grids and memory points from the device to rekordbox but its not pulling anything across. I think the system is seeing the tracks as different to those in rekordbox as i have re-imported them.

Any help to solve this issue would be a massive help as i wont be able to update my USB until i have sorted it.

I'm back on Saturday only, I'm sure there's a way To résolve this issue because tracks, cue points and memory are on the USB key.

Hi Lee,
I have tried several things with the same result, I'm really sorry ... I think you are right, there is an ID in the Pioneer Database for each tracks in the collection. When a track is deleted even if you re-import it, it have another ID and this is the reason why nothing is restored from the device.
Have you try to contact the support team ?

Sorry I missed this one earlier - you could have possibly (and could still) recovered one of the backup databases from the rekordbox folder. Have you opened / closed rekordbox fewer than 3 times since you lost the playlist?

@Christos > If you have deleted from your export device, simply re-export them from your collection.
