Have you checked that the preference within the settings are the same for both decks?

Cdj 900 nexus jog wheel lights are dim
I have just purchased a pair of cdj 900 nexus on player 1 the jog wheel is illuminated bright but on player 2 the jog wheels lights are really dim.
is there a way to make this more brighter or is it a manufacturer fault. I have phoned the store where I have purchased them and they are as puzzled as me any help or advise would be much appreciated.

Where do I check for this as this is my first set of cdjs and still pretty noob.

I have checked the preference settings both are the same but nothing brightens up the jog wheel lights any other ideas
