Rekordbox DVS

Hi,

Is there any way I can get a 30 day trial for the DVS? Or do I just have to buy it and hope it's good?

Thanks

Dan

The thing is, in order for you to try it in the first place you have to invest in the Pioneer timecode vinyl. Perhaps you can purchase a subscription + buy the timecode vinyl. If you end up disliking it, you can cancel the subscription and sell of the timecode vinyl. FWIW, Pioneer seems to be going "all-in" with regards to its DJing system and expandability. The support Pioneer has provided with Rekordbox has been at a much quicker pace than that of either Serato and Traktor–and this is coming from a long-time Traktor user. Just my two cents.

i am new around here and admittedly only because i have a problem, but have you seen any pioneer forum staff posting in this forum since v4.1 dropped lostnthesound? the most recent post i have seen was the same day of v4.1 and it is something to the effect of "we know there is a problem and we are working on it"

that was march 22!

edit: i read your reply lostnthesound. word. i was responding to your post, and i have already tried contacting pioneer directly. now i am posting about my issue publicly wherever i can.

sorry for hijacking your thread dan. i hate that shit (which is why i edited my reply in here)...

Hi Bud,

I completely understand your frustration and your concern my friend. What's important to keep in mind is that this is a user to user based forum that has a couple moderators, who are incredibly helpful. The catch 22 here is that there are literally only a couple moderators and tons and tons of pioneer users on this forum,  so "official" help is extremely limited and not always the fastest. The primary objective of this forun is for users to help one another out, perhaps users who have shared experiences with the same problem for example.  For users looking for immediate assistance, I always strongly encourage those users to contact PIoneer directly on the phone.  I hope this clarifies some things a bit for you. Also, if it is been that long since you've received a reply on your original post I would return to your original post and reply to yourself in order to bump it back up in the list.

Cheers
