RB 4.1 using over 1G of memory when open - Memory issue ?

On my Windows 7 laptop with 8G of memory, RB is using over 1G of CPU and isn't doing anything, just sitting there open.

If I restart RB, it goes down to 600 - 700 K

Possible memory issue ?
