hold usb eject + back and power on the unit

I’m trying to upgrade my XDJ-1000 filmware and it’s not taking it. it says insert USB and I insert it and it doesn’t do anything. Can you please help thank you so much ....

Did you format the USB drive to FAT32 with Master Boot Record, and extract the UPD file to the root of the drive?

Also, if you used Safari to download it, try using a different browser as Safari can occasionally damage the file upon automatic-unzip.

il lettore non mi dava più segni di vita, dopo vari tentativi l'ho acceso in modalità forzata tramite usb esc + indietro ed ho provato a ripristinare il lettore aggiornamento main 100% mentre panel all'8% mi da errore possibili soluzioni?
