if your jog wheels are not working and your on Shift + slip mode on sounds like a grounding issue.. make sure you have all your sound equipment plugged in to the same receptacle. get a power bar and split of that.. this way you have a proper grounding loop.. simple test touch anywhere on the controller with one hand and spin the jog wheel with the other, if its starts working thats your improper grounding loop.. usually happens if speakers being plugged in different receptacle using xlr cables..
