@Nikkil > Regarding the music naming, as others have stated, it sounds to me like the ID3 tags of the files were not properly stored. You can change those within rekordbox and it will update the file itself so if you were to load it elsewhere (like iTunes), it would be correct.

You can use 3rd party tag editors / managers to clean up that data.

The jog wheel rotation settings are up to your preference, there is no "best" setting. Same with the fader curve speed.

Filenames and map distribution don't make up your song names.

Those are contained in meta data (mostly in the form of ID3 tags). I'd suggest loading up your songs in iTunes before importing to rekordbox and maybe using software like http://www.tuneupmedia.com

This will analyze your library and change tags and song information automatically.
Afterwards import your songs to rekordbox.

I experienced a similar issue about 3 months ago.  There are some great software suites out there that can fix it for you. The comment above is correct, regardless of what you name the 'filename' rekordbox will load whatever the ID3 tags are.

Run your music through a software suite, folder by folder, and they will spit out the other side even better!!!

So unfortunately, you will have to delete your recordbox library and start again, (sound scary, but if you do it folder by folder [playlist by playlist] it will be fine...)
