Serato DJ now offers MIDI remapping of supported controllers, so theoretically it should work. But I have yet to try it myself.

Slicer Mode Serato
Can the pads under the "Slicer" tab be remapped in Serato DJ 1.8.1? I would like to delete the mapping to Serato all together for these pads, as I do not use "Slicer", and use the midi to control lighting software under this tab.
