headphones

I am using my beats wireless studio headphones with my xdj r1. The problem is that no matter which channel is use i hear the music of both the channels. is it the problem with the type of headphones? do i need to buy pro dj headphones

What media are you using (software or USB) and if software have you set the audio preferences correctly?

I was using the USB. I also updated the firmware to 1.12 now. but same issue.

Hi Pioneer! Which headphones do you recommend for the XDJ-RX?

Sennheiser HD 8 (115dB)
Sennheiser HD 25 (120 dB)
Pioneer HDJ 2000 Mk2 (107 dB)

or even another one?

@Volker > Any headphones will work, it's all up to your preference for feel, sound and price.

@Sanju > Did you by chance have the Headphone Mixing knob turned so that there was some MASTER mix? Because that means you'll hear whatever is going to the master as well as which sources you have selected for cueing (by pressing the headphone cue button above the channel fader).

has anyone ever follow up with this headphone issue? i have the same problem i only hear the song thats playing. if i move the headphone mixing knob i don't hear nothing but in master or in the middle i can only hear the song thats playing. i can't hear the other channel at all. I'm using  virtual dj usb to my pc.

@manuel > Chances are you don't have Virtual DJ configured properly for the audio outputs with the XDJ-RX.
