complete lock out

lit up but nothing works had error msg earlier which said ch1 jog ucom error  ch2 job ucom error   help!

can you give me an E Mail address and I can send you a video from my phone to show you what happened.. I have since returned the unit to the company that I bought it from who are sending it away for investigation...

When I turned off the unit the deck lights went out but the LCD Panel stayed lit and would not go out until I unplugged the unit from the mains....

Have you tried force-updating the firmware?

Has the hardware been bumped or dropped at all?

the hardware was working fine at home the night before it locked out, it stayed on the table as was not moved so its not a problem with movement or being dropped.. Couldn't force updating as nothing would work! The following day when it started working again I took it back to where I bought it and we managed to update the firmware to 2.10 .. I don't think the guy at the shop believed me until I showed him the video..
