I created and exported playlists to a USB from Rekordbox, these showed up in my CDJ2000's at home fine.
I got to the club to do my gig, put the USB in and there are no playlists shown, only full contents of the usb.
Why is this and how do i make it so the playlists on the USB can be seen on any CDJ i end up using on a gig?

oh right - kind of makes using rekordbox to preapre sets / tracks kind of pointless then if i can turn up for a gig and not be able to use it haha
Kinda makes the owners of the CDJs negligent for not updating them. ;)
Sure, but as a working DJ you dont take your own CDJs to a club and its not always possible to check firmware of a clubs setup is up to date
But it IS possible for you to have the firmware files on YOUR USB drive so if you arrive and it's not current, you can update it.
