Official comment
Sounds like the power supply could be the culprit. Try replacing it with another that matches all the same specs [5v / 3A (3000mA)].

So I have a djm 250 and have been looking at other reviews but my mixer won't just cut out all the led's go mental but with no sound this will happen if the mixer is even slightly moved any help
