Rekordbox DJ not ready for "prime time" IMHO

I like Rekordbox DJ, but Serato DJ feels more refined. I had an issue with RB back on the XDJ-RX. I sold that and tried RB DJ with the DDJ-RX. I ended up having the play button stop responding. I submitted that issue and received a response that the engineers weren't able to re-create the problem in 10 minutes. No kidding!?!?!? It happened once at a 5 hour gig. It may have been a fluke, but having had lock-up type issues happen with both RB & RB DJ makes me feel it needs more work. Serato DJ was solid all last year for me with no issues. With that said, I will continue to use Pioneer hardware because I am a big fan, but on the software side, I'm not so sure. I really, really wanted it to work and work well because there are some features that I will miss.
