ddj-rr set up help!!

Hello, I am new to djing, I just purchased the Ddj-RR. I installed all the latest versions of rekordbox and driver firmware. Rekordbox works fine but when I plug in my controller and press any button it isnt recognized through rekordbox. Ive tried unistalling and reinstalling the software and firmware multiple times and power cycling the controller and nothing. Can anyone help on what the problem might be, Thanks

This most likely a computer settings issue. Are you using a PC or Mac? Which operating system?

I am using a mac with capitan

Have you installed the proper El Capitan drivers and updated the firmware on the controller? Be sure to follow all steps carefully to complete this process.

Another thing you may want to try is using a different USB cable and trying a different USB port on your Mac.
