The ethernet port is only to interconnect the pioneer players and a computer running the rekordbox. For Traktor, the only way is the usb.

XDJ 1000 Lan Connection to traktor
Hi, looking to understand how to connect 2 xdj1000's via a Ethernet connection into traktor, thus freeing yen the 2 sub hubs on my Mac for the addition of adding a X1. Any ideas?

..buy a solid powered usb hub and you can connect whatewer you want.... :-)
