Is it possible to stop sample pad or only I can play it if I press it?

You can enable Gate Mode playback for any sample you wish.  This means the sample will ONLY play for as long as you hold down the pad.  Once you let the pad go, playback will stop.  You can enable Gate Mode playback by hovering your mouse over the selected sample and clicking the [EDIT] button 

Then click the Gate Mode option
