OK. I think I've got it . Create playlist sub folders. Export folders. Then drag and drop.

Create Playlist subfolders
I watched a video on youtube where a guy had playlist subfolders .
I can create folders under a playlist but I can't drag or send files to it.
The collection I'm working with is on an external flash including database.
