This definitely seems to be a thing. Just played on brand new pair of NXS2 decks and with the jog adjust all the way to the right, it's still significantly more loose than the original 2K Nexus. Talked to a couple friends who said the same thing.
Just wanted others to chime in. Not sure if the ball was dropped during manufacturing in a big way, or if a fix is in the works?!
Sorry to hear about these issues. If you have a physical problem with the players, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have them serviced. Repairs within 1 year of purchase are covered by warranty.

I have the same problem with my new pair CDJ2000 NEXUS 2 , do you guys have any idea to fix it ? Or a firmware update to make it more stable ?!
I have same issue with one player however second player is fine.. its look like very roughly used n old one.

mine also with this issue, i always have all 3 to the right as I dont scratch etc and at least 1 is defiantly looser. I had to send one back for a faulty sticking slip reverse too.
these are the first issues ive ever had with anything pioneer through pretty much most of their cdj and djms.
the quality just doesn't seen up there to be honest.
I had and still have the same problem. One is more loose if jog adjust knob is set on the same position on both decks and it's too loose if set maximum to the right, this is very annoying. I bought brand new ones but one was replaced for new one due cpu fault but still is the same problem and big difference if jog adjust knob is on the same position. All 3 decks the same problem this is not occasionally thing this is manufacturer fault but Pioneer don't want say: Yes all decks have problem with jog adjust.
Pioneer maybe you will try to resolve this problem ? Maybe some comment ?
