Are you using it direct with a USB device or are you controlling software?
hello . i have XDJ- RX jog wheel on the left side deck its not working properly
and my unit is updated to the latest firmware 2.10 .
don't know its a software issue or hardware . iv attached a video

I'm only using a USB no other devices are connected .
I've just connected the fact you're the same guy having the headphone issues -- two problems in one unit paints a larger picture of there being a hardware problem with your XDJ-RX.
If you've purchased it recently, you may try returning it to your retailer for an exchange, but if it's outside their return period, you'll have to contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for servicing.
Yeah I thought so im a bit concerned that this unit has a lot of faults . It's under warranty

Yeah, I'm glad you were replying to both topics around the same time and that I noticed your username was the same for both -- rather than trying to chase down a small problem, it seems there is likely one big problem and servicing or replacement by your retailer is really the best step to be taking next.
