Please give us a rekordbox lite version to choose this is getting ridiculous soon we will need a supercomputer to run the program. I cant speak for everyone but for me its a place for some of my tracks and to create a playlist with cue points I need nothing else. Can this be addressed.
If you don't want large CPU usage during track analysis, disable the performance analysis mode and it will only scan 1 song at a time. If you don't want to wait a week, enable the performance mode and it can scan up to the number of processor cores available in the system.

the basic Rekordbox is "lite" pretty much already, just don't buy the performance pack
you can run Rekordbox on a 2.0 core2duo which is old at this point, thats certainly not a super computer
When i am analysing tracks my CPU begins to pick up too, so there is definitely some processing power going on there (2015 macbook pro).
Personally it doesn't bother me because my computer is nowhere near crashing or anything like that, hopefully yours is not doing that?
