DDJ-SZ headphones problem

I can only hear audio in one ear from headphones. I bought a new pair of headphones and I have the same problem.

I have the same problem. I can hear in only one ear but its a different ear. In that output if I hold the cable at an angle I can hear in both.

i was Sure you did that, did you checkt the Audio Output Settings in Windows?

The DDJ can work as a secondary "soundcard", make sure that the output is 100% on each side (The Pioneer WASAPI Device got one Stereo Output with regular L / R make sure that the Output is even)

You can also try to uninstall the Pioneer Driver + reboot your machine + reinstall the driver (Driver+pioneer ASIO tool - after that the Pioneer ASIO settings should be set to default)

are the headphone connectors a bit woobly?

The last chance is the Phone Nr. of  your Local Pioneer Service Partner, they can fix the faulty Device even outside the warranty.

Thanks. Sounds like a good troubleshooting step. I'll give it a try tomorrow.
