Missing Cuepoints - CDJ2000NXS2

I'm experiencing this with Hot Cues, and I begin to question myself if I ever did create a Hot Cue at all.

When I load a track to the CDJ and no Hot Cues light up, I'm like "I'm sure I set at least one Hot Cue last time I played this track!"

I know I did - 100% certain!

I'm also having issues with the colours of Hot Cues.
My settings are set to COLORFUL but some tracks are still loading Hot Cues all Green.

I have to delete the Hot Cues and reset them for them to be coloured.

100% created them but alas they've disappeared but randomly in that the whole playlist maybe loses 50% of the stores cue points. One thing though is I didn't lock the beatgrid if this accounts for anything 

Locking the beatgrid shouldn't make a difference. 

I just think there's a few little bugs in the software that need squatting and hopefully will be sorted in a future firmware. 

I doubt it a communication issue with RB and CDJs. 

My main issue right now is that the beatgrids are not accurate when in RGB mode so I'm forced to use the Blue mode. I've explained this in more detail in another thread and am still waiting a response from the admins who seem to be very quiet at the moment. 

any update on this - its really annoying that cue points are going missing!

its not only on the CDJ 2000 NXS 2 I'm having the same issue (bar the colour) on my DDJ SZ

Same goes for the DDJ RX I guess is really a software issue but really annoying after you fix all your library. Hope they heard us!
