I am connect my xdj rx with rekordbox music management software via lan cable.
But after playing some tracks my hardware is block and no displayed the playlist..and one massage displayed (wait) only waiting..no more .... there after disconnect hardware and connect again...and problem repeat....
after Every 15to20 minutes xdj rx is block
Now what can I do please some help
I think my money is lost with this product
@dj atul > As @Marek says, chances are it's your networking configuration causing the problem. If you have wifi while connected via ethernet, disable the wifi. Also, try disabling your firewall on the ethernet connection.
Basically, read this first.

are you connected directly to the computer or you have some router or switch on the way? If so, does this happens even when you directly connect the cable between the computer and rx?
