Make sure you do not have the headphone mixing knob turned all the way to the right.

Headphone cue not working djm-s9
I'm unable to hear any sound from the headphone cue CH1 and CH2. I have the sound thru the master and the headphone when the crossfader is on the CH1 or CH2 but nothing when trying to cue the music. I have windows 10 Pro Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 8GB 64-bit operating system. I'm using Virtual DJ 8.1. Virtual DJ 8.1 don't have an official mapping for the control however it works. The headphone just stopping.

That's how I have it. Sometime, it would work and it would stop working. When I reset it by turning the device off and on. it would also start to work but by the second use of using the channel fader, it would stop.

Sorry, it's not the hardware. I tried with vinyls and it work. So I'll reach out to virtual DJ on fixing the mapper. There are still working on the official mapping for this mixer.
