Unexpected Application Error

As soon as I open Rekordbox I recive an error message saying "Unexpected application error". I have updated my PC (runing windows 7), tried to download a later update of rekordbox, but nothing is helping! Please help me as soon as possible!

I am running Windows 10 and have exactly the same problem. Did you fix it??

Does your machine meet the minimum system requirements?

I get the same error Windows 10 2ghz clock 8 gig of ram. It happens with versions 4.2.0 and up. I have reverted back to 4.1.2
