File Management within the browser

I was running Serato but I decided it was time to move to this new software (rekordbox dj) since Serato is getting worse every day.

There is a feature I am missing a lot, and I do not know how to replace it, in fact, it keeps me from using rekordbox dj.

I usually get a lot of music, put them on a "downloads" folder, then I move only some selected tracks to a playlist.

In Serato, I just press cmd+A to highlight all tracks within the playlist, and just drag and drop them to my music folder.  That way I can remove the other tracks in the download folder.

Now, in Rekordbox, I cannot easily export a playlist to a folder!

The only solution I've found is go track by track, right click-> show in finder and move each track individually to my music folder, but that is a pain.

Is there something I am missing out to achieve this?

Thanks

rekordbox CAN do the same action drag-and-drop from a playlist (select some or all songs) to a folder. After you've basically copied the songs and deleted the originals, you would need to relocate the source file at the new location you moved them to.

I might be missing something, if I drag tracks from a playlist to a folder (file explorer inside the rekordbox library) it shows me a red circle, obviously not allowing me to do that.

If I drag the tracks outside rekordbox, to a finder folder, it does not show any icon at all, and dropping the tracks there doesn't do anything.

Ok, I've found out what was going on...

Drag & Drop from the library to a folder, only works within the same desktop (on mac).

If you have rekordbox fullscreen, and use 3 fingers to switch desktop (obviously to drop the tracks in a finder window), the drag and drop function cancels itself. (serato does not do this)

The thing that does not work is dragging from the library to the browser within rekordbox. (using the second library browser)
